A FEW NOTES ABOUT OUR COMPANY

1. OUR PRICES ARE LOWER THAN OUR COMPETITION'S BECAUSE...
   LOW OVERHEAD - We have no salespeople or sales commissions to pay and our facility is paid for. We have a self-service, low-pressure approach to sales, but if you need help, please ask.
   HIGH VOLUME - We sell 80 to 100 cars per month, turning our inventory about every 4 weeks so we can operate with low markups.
2. THE PRICES ON OUR VEHICLES ARE FIRM
   We advertise the lowest price we can accept for our vehicles. Any adjustments to value for condition or miles have already been made in setting the price. Please don't ask us to take less. This way all of our customers know that they've gotten the best possible price.
3. WARRANTIES
   Each vehicle we sell is mechanically sound to the best of our knowledge. Warranty coverage is available on all vehicles. Ask for a copy of the contract for details.
4. FINANCING
   We have financing available for qualified customers. Ask in the office for further information.
5. TRADE INS
   Our cars are priced for 'straight sale'. We do not accept trades because of our 'close to wholesale' pricing structure.

   Due to high demand, we have started accepting trades. Trade prices are based from the wholesale value rather then a Kelly Blue Book or NADA value since we are selling vehicles close to wholesale and do not use Kelly Blue Book or NADA to set the value’s on our vehicles.

6. PURCHASING A VEHICLE
   We will hold any vehicle for up to seven days with a deposit of $100.00. Since we will cancel advertising and turn away other customers to hold it for you, the deposit cannot be refunded if you change your mind. We have tags and notary service available on site for your convenience.

A FEW NOTES ABOUT OUR EMPLOYEES

Customer Service Representatives
Our Customer Service Representatives are not your typical sales people. In fact, they are not sales people at all, as they do not work off of any kind of commission. They will not follow you around our lot trying to push you into purchasing, as so many other dealerships do. Instead, we follow a no hassle sales approach. If you are interested in a vehicle, our Customer Service Representatives will get you the keys, allow you to look over it at your leisure, take it out on a test drive if you desire, and answer any questions you may have at any point.

Service Technicians
Our Service Technicians are all state certified inspection mechanics with numerous years of experience. They take care of all the State and Emissions inspections on our vehicles as well as do all of our in-house warranty work. We have a 5-car service facility with the latest equipment to keep up with our late-model inventory.
